Due to a private event in the morning, the Carrousel will open to the public Friday the 23rd, at 1PM.

Come enjoy ONE FREE RIDE PER HOUR as you watch the performers from Richland Academy of the Arts, Mansfield Playhouse, The Renaissance Theater and local performers, plus Disney and Broadway...

The Carrousel opens at 9am- Come set up chairs and watch the Labor Day parade which starts at 10am, then enjoy FREE RIDES from 11am - 2pm! FREE GRILL food!...
